WINK has a big goal we want to play a big role in the online casino industry not limited to a tron dapp. The reason we implement the new UI is that it is fundamental for multi-currencies. Only with multi-currencies, can WINK grow big. WINk is not satisfied with being the best Tron DAPP. We will only be satisfied when we are the best of our kind, within the entire cryptocurrency community.

The team is working to increase the value of WIN. WIN Price is undervalued we believe due to lack of knowledge about its utility. Mass marketing across all current large cryptocurrency platforms must ensue at our earliest convenience. Multi-currency is not performing to its full potential. By increasing the sizes of the sub token drop pools - WIN pool will dramatically increase also. As the mother token of the platform WIN will need to showcase its potential and the increased drop amounts will have a very positive effect on the WIN pool and market price. At the same time, Rake has great potential. According to the data from 2019, Dice contributed 60% to the entire platform revenue, Live contributed 36%, whilst Rake only 4%. This shows us that Rake has great potential. We are working to improve the Rake product. We are aware of the changes that need making and the areas that require attention to bring increased revenue to WIN. When the new website and multi-currencies support is complete, we will push out a new poker product combined with aggressive promotion and partners, we believe that there will be a dramatic increase in Rake revenue once this is completed. RAKE relinquishes 40% of its profits to the WIN drop pool, meaning it is by far the most underused and undervalued section of the platform in our current forecast. We aim to change this and bring our RAKE platform to a much higher industry-standard as is expected from our players. At this moment in time, we are in the process of upgrading the website. We are developing and designing a new user interface that allows for multi-currency drops to be enabled and a more user-friendly experience all around. We expect this to be completed by mid-June. The new website will support a swift and easy to follow login process, allowing players to easily access the WINK website via registration with an email address and experience the centralized LIVE casino games that are available and newly added Binary options trading that WINk offers under this section. Alongside this, it will support all major currencies from the top 100 cryptocurrency market. 1. What was this big giveaway for? The giveaways we do on twitter are always to improve and increase our engagement and social media presence. We still feel that many people do not know about WIN and the more people that hear about is means the more chances we have of improving our user numbers and improve platform growth

For this Twitter Giveaway, we want to get some exposure on twitter and telegram. That is a normal way for promotion. Of course, it is not the massive promotion we mentioned before.

1. On May everything going according to the Plan and we can expect a new UI and Dice game at the end of the month? Or there any updates about that?

Everything goes according to the plan. It is supposed to be a new UI in May. About the Dice game, we will launch immediately once the new website goes smoothly.

1. Is that wheel of fortune game new on live ? Evolution games are available to us and when the game is released we will be requesting it for wink.

We are managing a great relationship with hub88. We will discuss the new game with them and I am sure they will give us a satisfactory answer.

I think there are two reasons for people mining. The first, playing games for fun.Which is why we will continue to bring more content and great games to the platform. Secondly people want the tokens to be able to increase their daily dividends, we will bring more value to the platform by adding partners continually under the current sub sections. This will bring more players and more value which will bring people to mind which of course brings higher dividends

Regarding the listing, we have to negotiate the specific date with exchanges. We are doing some preparation works now to get the subtoken listed on time.

My name is Julia, I have been with the WINk team for the past several months. My background is in game development and game platform publishing for the international market. I got into blockchain roughly two years ago and had the opportunity to have my hand in several successful projects. I hope that my background, experience, and my belief for blockchain as the technology for all people will allow me to expand WINk to its full potential.

1. The wink community in the telegram room has run a pool with over 600+ votes on how satisfied people are with wink in the past month. with over 50% of people voting " very poor" It is a clear statement of the community. How will WINK management change this feeling?
Yes, I also saw that poll and found it to be interesting. The past several months have been quite hectic for sure, and therefore the unsatisfaction is understandable.
I have worked with SOON for many years, and he asked me to come over to WINk as he needed someone with a proven track record with platform development and publishing. I have been shadowing him for the last several months and we built and expanded on our team to get ourselves ready for the big 2020.
The transition definitely has not gone as smooth as it could have, but the good note here is that the transition is now more or less done.
There is nowhere to go but up from here, as we will build on top of WINks success to bring this platform to its full potential.

2. Don't you think that it's useless having increased team members that can interact with the community if they can't tell us anything about state of art of development and plans and ETAs because they know nothing like the rest of us (or they're not allowed to tell anything)? This way you're only exposing them to undeserved and unfair hate and complaints.
I definitely agree. As mentioned above, there has been a hectic transition period. I think the hardest part was educating new members on how the tokenomics of WINk, and having them understand that the community is everything. This is very different than previous companies we have been at because :

• Most telegram chats are filled with fake users and bots. I think WINk is the only massive telegram group where everyone is a token hodler
• Users are now investors and just not users - in our previous businesses we would spend millions and millions a month on user acquisition, but there was no direct channel between useinvestor to top management. This is something that our new members understand, that the community is always #1, and its how we serve our community that will allow us to become even more successful than what the community has already done.

I think unfair and hate complaints will always happen, as this is the nature of the crypto industry, investors expect quick returns. But as I have discussed with SOON, we both believe that the potential is there, but it’s also very important for the whole industry to improve together. And until this happens there will be a lot of complaints, some which we are working on, and others that we have no way to control.
SOON has taken his time reaching out to industry leaders on how to drive blockchain adoption together
so until all of us can see this adoption and grow together, hate complaints will continue. Good thing is, we know the issues, we understand the issues, we have plans in place to fix these issues, and therefore we need to ask for your patience as we work on doing this together

3. Why has the support and communications dropped in the last month?
During the transition support and communications dropped, and we apologize for that. But in all fairness, December has been one of the most hectic months because

• we completed the training for new team members, but lots were also on holidays
• for partner game, most of them have been away for a week or two, and unfortunately, some problems can only be fixed with the partners

yes, there needs to be a better mechanism and system in place for this, as holidays is not an excuse
we have learned from this mistake and will make sure we improve on it as we grow together

4. What can we expect for 2020? Do you guys have plans that were never announced before that will attract more users and bring more games to the platform? Will we get an updated whitepaper?
While SOON is working on adoption to the platform, the new team members had a whole weekend meeting with him, listing out the partnerships, ideas, and development plan for the year 2020.

5. Can you advise what is happening with multicurrency, when will it be 100% and when and how will we receive multi divs?
So as you can see, we added BNB and USDT recently. USDT is very important if we move to a multi-currency mining and multi-currency drops. Another reason why we must add USDT is for new users who are not familiar with blockchain to make it easier for them to understand one big issue we are facing right now is not all our vendors display the correct currency. As an example, you are playing monopoly and you are using ETH, but when you play it displays in USD and/or mBTC, what we are working on with all the current vendors, and all the new dapps that come in, is that the currency displayed in the game must be the same as what they deposited with. We need to make sure everything is uniform
One thing I’ve come to understand is that fiat currency gambling partners don't really understand blockchain and/or cryptocurrencies.
one thing that the team has done well in the past, was to get these vendors and partners to understand the benefits of blockchain and cryptocurrencies. And this is why more and more vendors are exploring not just cryptocurrency, but the wink platform specifically. SOON showed me conversations with the LIVE partner when they first started. It’s crazy how much explaining and promises SOON had to do in order for them to agree to try the blockchain/crypto market.
so in summary, we are close to 100%, as we are working on uniformity atm.

6. When are we going to see Hash lotto and Matchnet on wink?
Matchnet is being worked on now, we expect it to be live in the coming months. The great thing about matchnet is that it allows a seamless way for other games to connect to the matchnet API allowing for PvP gameplay
so a normal traditional mobile game can now connect to the matchnet API and immediately have PvP gameplay. We believe this is very important for the platform, as we believe e-sports will be a big driving factor for blockchain adoption
Hash Lotto, is on hold as the game was finished by partners awhile back, but after some discussion, we believe that hash lotto is not the best game to launch. To put it simply, we don't think you will enjoy the game as much as, let’s say monopoly
Any dapp that launches on WINk must meet at least 1 of several requirements

• does it appeal to current users
• does it appeal to new users
• is it marketable
• does it bring more benefits to current users and the wink platform

Unfortunately, we don't think that at this moment in time hash lotto is the best decision. The crypto industry moves very fast, and hash lotto seems to be a bit behind the industry
we are looking at making some changes to it, but have not decided whether to launch
I think monopoly launch was a great success, and any dapp we launch moving forward, we hope to at least have the same success if not more

7. What is happening with the LIVE and DICE listings? Can you give us a timeframe when those will be listed?
From my meetings with SOON, the idea is to have at least half of the tokens mined before listing. I don't have a direct answer for this right now, but I will get back to all of you when I have a clearer answer.
Timing is everything, and the whole market moves with BTC. So another deciding factor of when to launch will coincide with BTC performance as well.
Either way, I promise to get a clearer answer for you guys.

8. What is happening with Poker, when is the next update on poker?
We have a new team on poker, who is experienced in building and marketing a poker platform. actually one of the biggest poker platforms in Asia. One thing the new team was impressed with is how all buy-ins are held in a smart contract, meaning that there are no withdraw or deposit issues that have plagued many other platforms. Most importantly they found that this puts them safe from many compliance and regulatory issues
We will be releasing a standalone Poker roadmap right after the new years : ) But its important to know that the basic framework for WINk poker has opened a lot of eyes in the poker industry

9. Why has the burn of win tokens not been posted for the last 2 months?
From my understanding, the issue is not with the burn pool but with the buyback and burn
the major issue here is that there was a bug on one of the slots from ISB
and till this day, the vendor has not given a proper solution to this issue, but this is important in the calculation of how much needs to be bought back and burnt
When SOON was still handling the burn, he would complete all invoices and then calculate the burn amount
The problem right now with ISB is that we cannot complete that invoice until they find a solution to the amount that was lost due to the bug
On a personal note. I found it amazing how SOON and team, although the funds were taken through a bug, they replenished all the missing funds instantly, to ensure a safe and fair platform for its users
in the normal world, investors will have to take this hit together
but instead, he decided to replenish the pot

10. Why do we have constant issues with servers and slots like Hub88, why don’t you invest in better infrastructure?
well when we are talking about infrastructure that depends on many factors

• our database servers
• TRON blockchain
• operators/vendor servers

our database servers are fine
we have no control over the Tron blockchain
we have no control over operators/vendor servers
but one thing we need to be clear on is that most if not all these vendors are industry leaders in the fiat casino space, but now they are required to make changes to support cryptocurrency
whenever something new is introduced in a new ecosystem, there will be minor issues
all I can say here is that our tech team and vendor tech team are communicating on a daily basis to ensure a stable and smooth experience. But this will take time

11. Can you please advise what is happening with Soon, Ben and Ivan.. soon has not been seen for weeks on the chat. is he still the head of Wink?
As mentioned above, SOON is working with the wider crypto/blockchain industry leaders on how to drive adoption and simultaneously working on efforts in building adoption for WINk. From my understanding, Ben and Ivan will be supporting SOON in achieving this.
I will now be overlooking the whole WINk platform. Any big decisions will be discussed between SOON and I. Angela will be in charge of operations and the community, while Joyce also a new member will be taking care of the product and partnership side of WINk.
